Havens4Heroes is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing safe, stable housing for our military veterans and elderly community members. We work directly with landlords to ensure reliable rent payments and responsible occupancy — so those who served our country and those in their later years get a home, and landlords get peace of mind.

Too many of our nation's veterans return home only to face housing instability — and too many elderly neighbors struggle to find safe, affordable places to age with dignity. Havens4Heroes exists to change that, connecting both groups with homes and the support they need to thrive.
As an investor and landlord partner, Intriguing Investments contributes housing inventory, guarantees rent reliability, and helps expand the network of properties available to veterans and elderly residents in our community.
We also help remove the biggest barrier to move-in: cost. For qualifying elderly residents and military veterans, we assist with the security deposit and first month's rent so a home is available now — not months from now.
